As part of a reduction in workforce, our client terminated the plaintiff.  She retained a lawyer who claimed that she had been an excellent employee and that she had been targeted for discriminatory reasons.  We obtained plaintiff’s employment file and put together a chart outlining the problems she had caused over the course of her employment.  We also put together a chart documenting the breakdown of the employees by age, race and sex, which showed that plaintiff had not been chosen for any discriminatory reason.  As a result, she gave up filing a law suit against our client.
