Insurance Fraud, no way to Song Law Firm -2 09/30/2015

The plaintiff was injured at a rock concert at a major outdoor New Jersey venue.  He claimed the grounds had not been properly maintained and that he slipped into a concrete barrier.  The medical evidence showed he sustained a trimalleolar ankle fracture with the insertion of a metal plate and pins.  He claimed he could barely walk and showed up in court limping and using a cane.  However, during discovery we learned that he was a bass player in his own rock band that played in local bars.  Prior to the trial we hired a private investigator to secretly videotape one of his concerts.  At the trial we played 30 minutes of the plaintiff jumping up and down with no problem and no pain.  The jury returned a no-cause.  The plaintiff got nothing.
