Not just closing the deal, closing with higher price! 09/08/2016

We recently represented a married couple to sell their
dry cleaning business. By recognizing that the business was highly successful
and profitable through a strong personal goodwill that our clients had built up
over the years, we were able to negotiate a higher sale price for our clients,
as well as having the landlord consent to an assignment of the lease without
any issues. The client was thoroughly satisfied with our strong negotiation
skills and overall services.
